We happen to be in the area again vacationing with our kids. On the first day we decided to go to Impozant for breakfast. Let me tell you — it was one of the worst experiences over a very long time. We came at around 09:00am (July 7th — info for the manager so that he can identify the shift and hopefully make improvements), though the place was just 50% busy there were no freshly set up tables with cutlery (4 star hotel???), we had to get stuff ourselves. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for the waiter to be able to order a coffee. No wonder, as he was chatting at the main reception (blond/short hair, cheeky looking guy). Sausages were super cold, not a single egg was there, last two rolls, in general the selection was very limited (we paid 22.95 eur for 3 people — totally not worth the price, just go check out Hotel Partizan, Tale to see what value you get for your money). At the end, I asked the blond waiter for the receipt, yet again had to wait for 15 minutes and reiterate to him. Service was really mediocre. Also the toilets by the reception were very stinky (after pee). My daughter did not even want to enter the space due to the smell. Impozant you can only dream of 4 stars. Our breakwast was crazy at your place and definitely the last one.

Veľmi milý personál. Čisté priestory, animácie pre deti a aj pre dospelých 😉 Wellness, ktorý neurazí, avšak čo sa týka veľkosti trochu malý. Nádherná príroda a výhľady.

Utulny horsky hotel v prijemnom prostredi s dobrym wellness centrom, bowlingovy bar, prijemny personal.Priamo pod lyziarskymi vlekmi, v letnej sezone moznost sportoveho vyzitia- cyklotrasy, tenisove kurty, volejbal,futbal, turistika.
